The specifications/performance of the products listed against each are based on the catalog and technical literature printed by the manufacturer/agent. 10.2 If we mistakenly reduce the price of a Product, we will not be responsible for providing that Product to you at the stated price. You will be notified before the Product is dispatched to you. In such circumstances we will advise you of the correct price so that you can decide whether or not you wish to order the product at that price. If you decide not to order the Product, we will refund you the full amount actually paid for that Product in accordance with our Refund Policy in Paragraphs 16 and 17 below.

10.3 Payment will be processed before dispatch of the product ordered. If we have to cancel the order after processing the payment, the said amount will be returned to your credit card account and no cash payments may be made under any circumstances.

10.4 Delivery charges are not included in the product price, which will depend on the delivery method you choose and will be added during checkout. See paragraph 15 below.

11. Availability:-

11.1 All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last (as applicable).

11.2 We try to ensure that we always stock the full range of Products and will let you know if a Product is not available. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular product, we will only be liable to you by ensuring that we do not charge you for that product.

11.3 For the benefit of all our customers, we may impose restrictions on the bulk purchase of certain Products. Diyar Alatfal Trading Company reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity per person, per family, or per order. These limitations may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same address of invoicing and/or of expedition. The store will provide notice to the customer if these limits apply.

12. Delivery:

12.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified upon completion of the order. Courier partners will require verification of the identity of the consignee upon delivery by seeing the original labor card, passport, and driver’s license, Qatar ID or Free Zone ID to support the verification of the consignee.

12.2 Please note that we do not ship internationally.

12.3 Depending on the size of the Product you order we use a variety of delivery methods and some products will be delivered directly by our suppliers and the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.

12.4 We will use reasonable endeavor to deliver all of your Products within 48 working hours of the date of your order and shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in whole due to circumstances beyond our control. Note that we will contact you to let you know if we have any problems getting a product to you during that time, and it may take up to 5 business days for the supplier to deliver the products to areas outside the main city limits classified as far or near far, depending on the supplier’s schedules. 12.5 Before ordering online, you should check the following:

13. Cancel your order if you change your mind

14. Defective Products:

15. Refund and Refund Policy:-

In the event that you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the amount to you according to the following criteria:

15.1 The site is unable to complete the purchase: a reasonable time of 7-10 days must be given from the date of authorization.

15.8 Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inner packing intact if you intend to refund any items within the stipulated conditions and no exchange or refund will be considered without it.

15.9 We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind provided that the goods are new and in resalable condition, consumables such as: (cartridges, blank tapes, CDs or DVDs) and sealed accessories such as: (cables, chargers, batteries…) can be refunded Funds upon store approval within 7 days after delivery. However, the courier or handover fee will be refunded from the supplier plus the card transaction fee plus any additional fees incurred by the courier collection.

o If the customer requests that a representative from Children’s Homes come to his home to receive the product, repair it in the store, and return it to the customer again, the customer will bear the delivery value back and forth of 50 riyals, in addition to the due maintenance cost

o Children’s Day is not responsible for any defect in any accessory that is used incorrectly by the customer

o Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for the installation error in the event that the customer requests to receive and install it himself

16.1 Refund and Exchange Procedures:

16.1.1 Goods returned within seven days will be replaced by items of similar value, provided that the returned goods have not been used in any way and have not been opened.

16.1.2 The goods returned must be in their original condition and packaging. The item must be unworn, washed, used, altered, dirty, damaged, and in salable condition.

16.1.3 The returned product must be in a condition deemed fit for resale.

16.1.4 A returned Product that has been ordered and invoiced but not delivered may be accepted for exchange, return or refund.

16.1.5 For delivered items if the customer opens the package and discovers a damaged item, the product is eligible for exchange, return or refund.

16.1.6 Replacement Invoice and Credit Notes must be approved and signed by the Duty Manager to exchange and return Products.

16.1.7 Exchange, return or refund may be accepted if the product has not lasted for a reasonable period of time or if the complaint has been submitted within a reasonable period of time.

16.1.8 If a wrong product is bought or sold by the merchants/employees of Diyar Alatfal Trading Company.

16.1.9 Exchange is possible in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product (for textile products / toys / sports / footwear / home furnishings / luggage compartments).

16.1.10 if the product is found not to be working properly or has any manufacturing defects, the same product must be sent in for repair.

16.1.11 If the item is not repairable it will be replaced at the same value.

16.1.12 for products that cannot be repaired or replaced a replacement invoice / credit note will be issued. The relevant store management reserves the right to make decisions regarding refunds.

16.1.13 Refunds are made only upon the approval of the relevant store management.

16.1.14 After-sales service is applicable to products such as luggage, appliances, electronics, information technology and imaging products provided by authorized service centers of the respective manufacturers based on their warranty terms and conditions

16.2 Details and exceptions to the return and exchange policy for sections

1. Bicycles and their accessories

• Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for maintaining or repairing any defect in the bike that appeared during use after two weeks from the date of receiving the request.

• In the event that any defect appears in the bicycle from use, please contact the customer service number, WhatsApp: 55869560, to view the problem, and it will be decided whether the Diyar Alatfal is able to fix this problem and maintain the bicycle or not.

• If the customer service employee decides that this bike will be serviced by us, the customer will be notified of the cost of maintenance.

• Bicycles that are damaged as a result of being used by someone older than the intended age will not be returned or exchanged

2. Baby strollers and car seats and their accessories.

• Strollers and car seats that are used in an unrecommended manner, such as overweight, will not be returned or exchanged.

• Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for installing the car seat for the customer at his home, but if the customer brings the car in front of the store or store, the company is committed to installing it.

• Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of any defect in the stroller or car seat after two weeks have passed from the date of receiving the application.

3. Cars, electric bikes and scooters and their accessories.

• Cars, electric bikes and scooters that are used in an unrecommended manner, such as overweight, are not returned or exchanged.

• Warranty on all car and electric bike batteries for a period of one month from the date of purchase

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure to complete the full charging cycle.

• In the event that a manufacturing defect is discovered in the battery within a month after the date of purchase, the problem must be presented to the Diyar Alatfal Customer Service WhatsApp: 55869560, and it will be decided whether the battery will be repaired or replaced completely

• Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of any defect in cars, electric bicycles and scooters after two weeks have passed from the date of receiving the application

• In the event that any defect appears in the car or the electric bike from use, please contact the customer service number, WhatsApp: 55869560, to view the problem, and it will be decided whether or not Home for Children is able to fix this problem and maintain the product.

• If customer service confirms that this car or electric bike will be serviced, the customer will be notified of the cost.

4. Baby supplies and accessories

• The following personal care products are not returned or replaced in any way except for manufacturing defects.

5. Children’s toys and accessories

• Children’s toys that are damaged due to their use by a child older than the age allocated for them are not returned or replaced

• Damaged children’s toys are not returned or replaced due to their use in a non-recommended manner

• Children’s Homes provides free installation of children’s games in the event that the customer requests installation only

• In the event that the customer does not request installation while the representative is delivering the order, and the customer wants to install the product after the representative leaves, the customer will bear the delivery and installation fees

• In the event that the customer requests to return or exchange the game, delivery fees and game decoding fees will be paid

• Delivery and installation fees are determined based on the product and its size. The Diyar Alatfal employee informs the customer of the delivery and installation fees

• The following products are excluded from the installation of children’s toys, which Home to Children does not install for free or even with additional fees:

6. Sports products and accessories

• Sports products that are damaged as a result of being used in an unrecommended manner (such as loading the product more than the maximum weight limit) are not returned or replaced.

• Diyar Alatfal installs sports products before delivering them to the customer, with the exception of the following products, which Diyar Alatfal does not install:

7. Wood products

• Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of any defect in the wooden product that appeared during use after two weeks have passed from the date of receiving the request

• The following wooden products are excluded from the return and exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product:

• It is preferable for the customer to preview the aforementioned products in our shop in Barwa Commercial Street before ordering the product

• In the event that the customer claims that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the customer undertakes that the damage to the product is not his fault due to misuse or error in opening the product or during its installation.

• In the event that the customer himself installs the wooden product and refuses to do so, the Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for any defect in the product in any way, and it cannot be replaced or returned.

• Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for the installation of the following products, but a video can be sent showing the installation method for these products:

8. Swimming pools and accessories

• Swimming pools damaged as a result of being used in an unrecommended manner (such as loading the product more than the maximum allowable weight, or placing the product on clay soil or a pebbled surface causing a hole and rupture of the pool) will not be returned or replaced.

• Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for maintaining or repairing any defect in the swimming pool that appeared during use [after it was installed by Diyar Alatfal and filled with water within one day by the customer and delivered to the customer].

• Diyar Alatfal has the right to refuse to install a swimming pool if the customer does not provide a suitable place and the available place contains gravel or an unstable floor.

• In the event that the customer himself installs the swimming pool and refuses to do so, the Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for the product in any way and cannot be replaced or returned

9. Medicinal products

• Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of any medical product defect that appeared during use after two weeks from the date of receipt of the application

• In the event that the customer installs the product himself and refuses to do so, the Diyar Alatfal is not responsible for the product in any way and cannot be replaced or returned

• The following medical beds are subject to a four-month warranty on the motor:

• In the event that the customer notices a defect in the aforementioned products (during the warranty period), the customer undertakes that the damage is not from him, whether due to misuse, maintenance by an external party, or vandalism.

• In the event that there is a defect in the medical products after the expiry of the warranty period, please contact Al-Diyar customer service number and present the problem, and it will be decided whether Diyar Alatfal can solve the problem and maintain the product or not

• If it is decided that Children’s Homes can maintain the product, the customer will be informed of the cost of maintenance in our warehouse in the industrial area

• If the customer wants a representative from the Diyar Alatfal to come to his home to receive the product and repair it, then the store and return it to the customer again.

• Diyar Alatfal does not return or replace the following medical beds mentioned, and it is preferable that the customer inspect them in the store before purchasing:

10. Computer accessories and gaming products

• Once the customer opens the product box, it cannot be returned or replaced in any way, unless there is a manufacturing defect

• Children’s Day has the right to decide whether the problem with the product is a manufacturing defect or misuse

The following personal care products are not returned or exchanged in any way:

12. Bags and birthday supplies

• Return and exchange of products, including bags and birthday supplies, in our store or in our online store or WhatsApp requests.

• Once the customer receives the shipment, this is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the product is intact and has not been used before receipt

16.3 Issuance of Replacement Invoice / Credit Note:

16.3.1 A time-bound replacement invoice / credit note will be issued by Diyar Al-Tifle Trading Company which is equivalent to the value of the product according to the original proof of purchase.

16.3.2 Products must be in their original packaging when the customer insists on returning them.

16.3.3 Replacement Invoice / Credit Note Issuance Procedure

16.3.4 The Customer shall present the original invoice at the Customer Service Desk.

16.3.5 In the normal return process, a replacement invoice / tax credit note can be issued to the customer with the approval of the department supervisor, customer service manager and duty manager.

Products returned after seven days require special treatment and it is mandatory to inform the General Manager.

• In emergencies, if the duty manager is unreachable and the department employee agrees to take back the item, a replacement invoice / credit note can be issued to the customer after the customer service staff informs the general manager, and the direct next duty manager must check the exchange deposit and actually check the Product with department supervisor

 The following details are required to be filled in the Customer’s Tax Credit Note:

 Customer name and mobile number.

 Name and signature of department employee/supervisor, customer service manager, and duty manager.

• The safety of the product must be verified immediately after it is returned from the customer in order to be approved.

• The approved customer tax credit note should be kept at the customer service desk at all times and handed over to the cash desk at the end of the day.

• The accountant at the cash desk must verify that all customer tax credit notes received have been approved by the approving persons.

17. Payment and credit cards:

17.1 Payment for your Products will be made at the time you place your order and payments will be made through QIB which operates a third party online payment gateway.

17.2 Your credit card details will be encrypted and kept on the “My Fatourah” payment gateway to protect you from hackers.

17.3 When ordering from the Home for Children online store, we only accept orders from web browsers that allow communication via SSL technology, for example: Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher, Chrome or Firefox version 3.5 or higher, Safari browser version 10 or higher. Version 5 from above. This means that you cannot place an order through an insecure connection.

17.4 All Customers will be charged in the local currency relating to the country in which the purchase is ordered if a foreign currency credit card is used and therefore any discrepancies between the approximation in any foreign currency and the actual billing rate on the Customer Card billing statement may be due to the different credit card companies charging different exchange rates.

18. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and you will be notified of any changes via the e-mail address you provided upon registration or via an appropriate advertisement on the Diyar Alatfal website and the changes will apply to the use of the site after notification has been sent. If you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions, you should not continue to use the Home for Children website (including purchasing any products on the site) and your use of our website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.

19. The right to suspend or close an account

We may immediately suspend or close your account if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions and you will not be able to order products on the Diyar Alatfal Hypermarket website.

20. Our responsibility to you

20.1 The Diyar Alatfal website may provide content from other websites or Internet resources and it will be ensured that the materials are correct and of high quality. If any inaccurate information is reported in the materials on the website, we will try to correct the errors as soon as possible and the website will not be responsible for any Errors or omissions, the results that may be obtained from the use of such information, or any technical problems that you may encounter.
